Ryan Noble is a 27 year old self-taught artist born in California. His first formal fundamental art class was taken when he was a sophomore in high school. However he was creating art long before that time. According to his mother, as a youngster, Ryan would find various items outside and turn them into creative pieces. He truly amazed his family, peers, and teachers with his attention to detail. Previously, he used only pencil or ink on white paper when drawing but his high school teacher encouraged him to use color and to try painting so one day he did and his artwork went to a brand new level. Today, Ryan works in several medias including pastels, acrylics, oils, and ceramics but prefers acrylics. Recently, he has been challenged by his mother to complete at least one painting per month that she proudly hangs in her office at work. So far he has done this for a year and has sold some of the completed pieces. Ryan has many inspirations including other artists. As a child and young adult, Ryan has traveled to many different places and states. Some of his paintings are glimpses into those experiences. Ryan is a very kind, passionate but shy young man. He is a deep thinker and plans out all of this drawings in his head, then sketches them out completely, sometimes several times making minute revisions. He does this all before he paints onto a canvas. The result is a thoughtful, very detailed piece that inspires many.
